The Elmwood spa was so clean and tide. The minute you came through the door it seems your treatment begins. The aromatic was so therapeutic. The water was so relaxing the hot tub jets worked well on my ache body. The saunas did a wonderful job job also and last but not least the lunch was so delicious. I felt brand new leaving the spa.
I had a wonderful experience at The ElmWood Spa while celebrating my birthday with a self-care day. I spent just over three hours there and felt completely relaxed from start to finish. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, the spa itself was beautiful and impeccably clean, and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the water therapies and time spent in the relaxation lounge. My services included a body sugar scrub, which was fantastic, followed by lunch and a manicure to end the day. I will certainly be returning next year and would highly recommend The ElmWood Spa to friends and family.
I booked a day spa treatment for my self and my wife as a Christmas gift. Our day was quite nice. Started with aqua therapy. This entailed a swim, hot tub and steam room. After an hour we went to our couples massage room. Got the best massage therapist who gave me a wonderful hot stone massage. This lasted an hour. We then went off for our lunch on the top floor inside terrace. In our robes!!! They had a set menu. It was ok. I mean I expected something a bit more lavished. After lunch we had a pampered manicure followed by pedicure. Very nice staff. At the end of the day, for the cost it was reasonable. My only issue was parking since it is right in the center of the city.
Had a spa day with my daughter and loved the care and service from start to finish. Front desk staff were friendly, thorough and gave us a handy personalized itinerary to refer to. We were getting French pedicures and while we waited we were given robes, slippers, herbal teas and access to the whirlpool and sauna. The staff that did our pedicures were friendly and did a great job. It was a wonderful experience and would go back, buy a gift certificate, and recommend to others.
My go to spa in the heart of Toronto.. Staff are very welcoming and very friendly. I had an amazing time doing aromatherapy massage with a free birthday lunch… I’ve been here multiple times for a massage but this is my first time to experience the Terrace Restaurant. I will definitely come back for this experience..
