Used them this weekend for our son’s birthday party. The booking process was easy and I appreciated texting for communication. They sent emails confirming dates, equipment, and costs. The staff that delivered and set-up the rental was also great to work with. We live in a gated community and had to meet their truck at the gate. Their staff kept us updated on the ETA so I could keep the party timeline on track. The kids loved the bounce house/slide combo and we’ll be using this company again next month for our other son’s party.

Hands down, 100% the company to go with. Rene took care of us in a bind and Preston hand-delivered (literally) our dunk tank and had our team set up in a few minutes. We brought joy to the faces of hundreds of boys and girls and raised thousands of dollars for our charity, all because Emma Lu’s showed up when others didn’t. This is the way business should be conducted in Corpus Christi and we won’t forget it!

We rented one of the large water slides for a gathering. Outstanding customer service from the first contact to the set up and break down crew. Thank you so much for going the extra mile! We will definitely be recommending you in the future!

Edit***we just had our party yesterday! Bounce house was clean! Customer service of Rene and his delivery men was friendly and helpful. Delivery and pick up were on time. They has no problem delivering to mikitsry base housing. Price was very reasonable. My only suggestion is to offer a military discount to active duty members.**** Unfortunately, we had to cancel event due to bad weather, but looking forward to rescheduling for a better day. I'm very pleased with the price and the wonderful customer service so far. Will update review again after we've had the party, but I wanted to give a shout out because I called 3 other places and this was the most cost effective and friendly of all party rentals Ive called in the area.
