This is the second time I've had work done with Empire Electric, they were wonderful to work with, especially Will and Tre'! The price was reasonable and cost was exactly as quoted.
I cannot say enough great things about Will. I’ve used Empire a couple of times now, and the experience has been phenomenal each time. Will is incredibly respectful, kind, and professional, and his work is absolutely top-notch. He always takes the time to explain things and make thoughtful, practical suggestions. He also cleans up thoroughly, which I truly appreciate. Even when I call the office, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the text communication and tracking so I know exactly when they’ll arrive. From start to finish, the service is outstanding. Highly, highly recommend!
Great experience with Cody at Empire Electric! Managed a new 200 amp service project plus smaller projects for a residential remodel on a tight timeline. We appreciated being able to reach out by text and the schedule flexibility, too!
The whole company was excellent. It began with the front office. I emailed them at about 9:30, took a picture of what was needed and then called. The day agreed on was for 4 days from the day i called.The front desk said she got everything and asked if it could be done now. I said yes, they showed up 1/2 hour later and went to work immediately. They moved things that were in the way, took the old fan away and installed in less than an hour. They explained all the options and asked what I needed, and then did what I asked.
This company is fantastic. They are fair priced and honest. I've had them do several projects and I've always been pleased. If I have questions for quotes they get back to me promptly and help point me in the best direction for me.
