I had a wonderful facial at the Rundle Mall Endota Spa before Christmas 2025. Isabella was obviously experienced and knew what she was doing.I live out of state, otherwise I would definitely be going back for another facial/ treatment.
I had a Endota Spa voucher, My accommodation was very close to the spa so I booked in for a 90 min massage and facial. As you would expect the shop waiting room and massage room were all very nice. The products used were also very high end as you would expect. Unfortunately the most important component was for me not up to the high level I would expect at a endota spa paying the premium price, The masseuse was lovely but felt inexperienced, It felt a little massage by numbers or going through the motions rather than trying to work with my body and find the problem areas. It was a real shame as I was really looking forward to a lovely experienced but left disappointed. Again the Masseuse was lovely but I do feel that at high level places a high level of experience should be the standard. Edit booking was on Friday the 21st November at 10:30am…
Isabella is the most amazing talented gentle caring therapist I have had. I go every December and usually fall asleep in the last 5 minutes. I fell asleep 5 times!!! She has so much expertise and listened to my needs and delivered with 10 stars! What an amazing therapist you have, please value her Endota!
A relaxing spa experience with an experienced therapist, Sanaa. She was attentive and provided a tailored massage to focus on my needs. The facial was perfect and so calming. It provided a quiet, serene escape from the noise and stress of the city. Thank you !
This was not my first time at this branch of Endota Spa. It is also not my favourite branch as it is very small. They do not have the full spa menu due to space constraints so a lot of the body treatments are not included in the spa menu. I had a facial that I had was not cheap. The beauty therapist was very well-trained and I enjoyed the arm and hand massage as well as the scalp massage during the LED light treatment as well as during the mask. The facial was nice ie nothing spectacular and nothing to rave about. If I had to go to an endota spa, I would choose the one at Glenelg.
