The place was super fun and the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. Definitely would recommend! Extra shoutout to Jake who was very knowledgeable about many things and hyped up our adventure even more. We appreciate you and your taste in music is exceptional!
Escape Sacramento provides some excellent rooms, with well-defined degrees of difficulty and engaging, non-linear puzzles. The themes range from simple and sweet to eerie and foreboding, but always with a unique twist. Groups of any size and experience level will have a blast here! Jake and Avian were phenomenal gamemasters that guided us through the entire process alongside being friendly, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. If you're looking to reserve a booking, I couldn't recommend these two more as your go-tos!
A very cool escape room located in downtown, which I did not know of until recently! Avian was a very good worker in letting me and my group know of the rules, making us feel comfortable, and being helpful before and after doing the escape room. My friends and I had so much fun and the escape room that we did was so cute and so cool. I definitely recommend this location as it was an escape room with different/cool things going on compared to other escape room locations that I've been to before! I'm glad I spent my birthday trying out Escape Sacramento for the first time and having a wonderful experience. Will definitely be going back in the future!
Amazing experience with lots of fun! We did the Seance room and even though it was very low level scary, it was still a fun time with friends and super creative. Love the kindness of the staff when setting us up and helping with clues! Special thank you to Avian, she was super fun and had great energy! The escape room itself was not very tough, but it allowed for critical thinking to draw conclusions. Overall, great atmosphere and loved the experience!
My friend and I had wanted to try an escape room and stumbled upon ‘Escape Sacramento’ while visiting the city. I called the facility to check if they had space, and they informed me that the availabilities online are accurate to date and scheduled appointments are advised When we arrived, we were greeted by the operator, Avian. She was very friendly and helpful in explaining how the escape room works. She gave us a layout of the area, describing what we were expected to do, the resources available, and what not to do. Avian communicated effectively and addressed our questions and concerns promptly. Since it was our first time, it was a bit odd to see the clues for what they are and ended up overthinking every step. But I guess that’s part of the fun. We chose the “The Seance” room, which was a level two on the difficulty scale. We were only two people, so we embarked on solving the clues together. The clues weren’t difficult to obtain, except for one that needs careful … visual… attention!! (I won’t spoil the fun) but overall they required some effort and mental gymnastics. Solving the room for two people posed a challenge, so I would definitely recommend having a full squad of four for the best outcome. Despite the challenge, we had a great time and had a blast. It was a great addition to my last-minute trip. I want to thank Avian for all her help. She was kind enough to take a picture of us at the end and email it to us afterward. I’m looking forward to completing the other three adventures at Escape Sacramento.
