He got on the phone with me and gave me some quick quotes, but also educated me about the current state of homeowners insurance in California -- which is a mess. He was super up-to-date on the latest legislative and policy developments. He ended up recommending I stay where I was, and re-evaluate later once the homeowners insurance mess settles down.
