This spa is a gem. They have great services, a unique experiences like a honey dip...you must try it! The anti againg facial makes my skin glow for a week afterward. Their staff providing spa services is great...some I have seen for over 10 years and they are always kind. They added a lunch lounge a few years ago which has made it our girls day favorite. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is their front desk staff is rude and their steam room is a burn waiting to happen. Front desk staff are off putting and a frankly make it a bitter end to the experience. Kidness goes a long way and the check in and out counter is consistently a challenge with rude staff. My girlfriends and I always wonder why its not corrected. Though this last time, it was 2 new faces that were kind, however, they needed help, and a bitter Betty came out frowning and surly as usual.
Breanna is amazing. I’ve been seeing her for a while now, and she’s always super sweet and great at her job. She knows how to treat my extremely sensitive skin, and she gives an amazing massage while the treatment is setting. Highly recommend
Amy does such great work and has such a light hand with her injections, compared to others my appointment with her was much less painful! I’d happily recommend her to anyone :)
I have had a membership at EBJ for a couple of months now after being a long time Massage Envy customer and can honestly say, it’s THE best spa. The membership is such great “bang for buck” depending on the services that you desire. I have had amazing services with Amy and Brandi for massage and Nanci for the honey dip. If you are in the market for finding a new spa, don’t look any further! Clean, professional, and highly skilled staff!
Let me start off by saying this place is AMAZING!! I found this Spa online as I was looking for a place that did multiple services & could not find one near me that offers services like this place does. I easily booked 2 appointments online for the same day. I booked the Honey Dip & a 90 minute Swedish massage. Honey Dip: WOW! This was an experience that I've never had before!! I read other reviews raving about how great it was & let me tell you they're not kidding!! I had Nancy, who was phenomenal. I told her this was my first time there and I had no idea what to expect with this type of treatment. Before entering the treatment room, she explained what would happen, and to let her know if anything is uncomfortable. Ladies, be prepared to strip down to nothing & expose everything. The service is essentially a lay down luxurious shower, where your whole body is exfoliated and wrapped in a warm and delicious honey oil. Throughout the treatment you will receive massaging from head to toe. Your hair will also be washed, so don't wear any make up and no need to style your hair. Afterwards, my skin was the softest it's ever been and glistening. I will definitely be back for this treatment!!! Massage: I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was great, although at times a little too firm in some areas. He did great with communicating with me with what I felt comfortable with and if the pressure was too much. He definitely worked some knots out in my neck and shoulders as I told him these were areas that I had the most pain in. The massage was amazing & something I would do again. The salon itself was very nice and well-maintained. The only flaw I found was not having a private changing area. You are escorted to a room that has lockers, where you are to change into a bathrobe and strip down completely. However, in this room, there is no privacy. So I was in there with two other women who were trying to get fully dressed without exposing themselves entirely. The space is also small, so it was very awkward. The hot sauna and the steam rooms are a nice add on, but again are very small spaces. Both *can* accommodate about 3 to 4 people, but only 2 comfortably. I will definitely be returning as I did purchase their monthly membership. For the price of their monthly membership and the services that you receive with the membership it's an absolutely amazing deal!! I am so happy I found this place.
