I've visited this place twice, in a large group (>10) last year and in a medium sized group (6) this year. Both times, the servers have been very courteous and helpful. They ask frequently if there's anything else they can bring you and are quick to fill drinks and take/give plates. Yesterday, we had Tati, who was wonderful. The food is very delicious and plentiful. The salad bar is great, providing all the veggies I wanted, and they have a few items for the picky eaters. All the meat was really good. Just be warned that they charge extra ($15) for grilled pineapple. We walked in yesterday without a reservation, but it was crowded in there.
my husband and I came for our one year anniversary, and we were treated so well! not only is the food fantastic, they gave us free champagne, dessert, coffee, and made the night so unforgettable! mario was so accommodating and knowledgeable about the wines and reggie helped with anything we needed! we also loved the cart that was coming around and how sweet and helpful savannah and colin were, they were so great as well. I can’t give this experience a greater review, we will definitely be back!
This place is incredible, the salad bar is amazing, the cuts of meat are excellent. To top it off the service is even better. Alexander was the gaucho and his service was top notch. Everyone here treats you so well
I’m so pleased with the customer service we received. We’ve been to a couple of Brazilian restaurants & this one exceeded on their customer service. My spouse and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary & they gave us complementary tres leches cake which was so amazing! I asked for filet mignon and they delivered an amazing mignon ! Tried a really good shot as well. Everything was great ! I’m so happy my husband and I decided to celebrate part of our anniversary here. Marco & Paola thank you for your exceptional customer service! We will be back !
Marim & tiziana (sprry for the misspelling)along with the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive to us through our entire meal. This place is beautiful and very intimate. The food was absolutely delicous, their mashed potatoes are by far my favorite dish! Wow! 10/10 I need the recipe. Their drinks are delicious, great food, great drinks. 10/10 i will definitely be coming back! The food was so amazing I didn't take much photos 😂
