Came in earlier and really enjoyed talking with Jailyn at the front desk. She was so welcoming and made the wait time go by so fast with her outgoing demeanor. Very professional and pleasant. My waxer was Raynisa and she was such a gem! this location has the BEST staff between both the reception and the estheticians. they really deserve the good ratings they get
The front desk associate Aanisah has such amazing customer service! She was very nice and accommodating over the phone and in person. After missing my appointment she was very kind and made sure to fit me in after I expressed how I needed my brows done for an event. I had such an amazing experience with my wax with Alex. She has been doing my brows for years and she always takes her time to assure that my eyebrows are exactly how I want them. Love the Natomas Wax Center!
TL;DR: Book with Angelena for Charon. Excellent service from both! I had an amazing first-time experience thanks to Charon and Angelena! From the moment I walked in, Angelena at the front desk greeted me with such kindness and professionalism that it immediately eased my nerves. She explained everything clearly and made the check-in process super smooth. Charon, my waxer, was incredible. She was patient, informative, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her technique was gentle, and she checked in with me the whole time to make sure I was okay. For a first-time wax, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Both Charon and Angelena created such a welcoming and reassuring environment. I highly recommend them to anyone—especially if it’s your first time! I’ll definitely be coming back.
I can’t say enough good things about Anne! She took her time to really understand how I like my brows shaped and nailed it even with my eyebrow piercing. The wax was gentle, the process was smooth, and the results were stunning (symmetrical, natural, and perfectly defined). On top of that, she’s friendly and makes the whole experience so relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know!
