I went to Airianna for my Brazilian and I’m ecstatic I found her!!! She made me feel comfortable and was really kind and down to earth. A good waxer makes all the difference, and she did phenomenal job and didn’t leave a hair. Her passion for it shines through and I won’t let anyone else do my body waxing.
My original EWC in Tampa closed so I have been here a few times Lamariya is wonderful and I try to go to her each time I go. Last time I got someone else for my underarms and there was still quite a bit of hair left but I didn't realize until about a week later and they said they only do free touch-ups within 5days. This is a bit frustrating because I have been going to EWC for 10+ yrs (DT Tampa) but this location is the only one where I've still had hair after my wax multiple times (when I don't go with Lamariya). Everyone is very nice, but not sure if everyone is trained that well because this keeps happening.
I have been a loyal member of European Wax for many years and this was the 2nd bad experience I have had with this company regarding my Brazilian wax. On January 25th I got a wax from a specialist that had the wax to warm and she went over the area over again with the wax she used when waxing. She was trying to remove excess wax over the already sensitive area. Causing inflammation and redness. I called the next day,and they told me Manager will be calling me. This was Sunday that I called. I did not receive a call back till Thursday when I finally talked to the manager. She said she could only give me $10 off and not give me full credit for the wax service. She mentioned that I should have told the wax specialist that I was sensitive and that some times happens. I’m a hairdresser And I do facial waxing it is our responsibility that the wax is at a proper temperature and that the technique is done properly. Which it was not done properly I was and still am healing from this. The manager said she couldn’t do anything else so I asked for a full refund of my wax pass. She gave me partial credit. I work in the beauty industry and take care of many clients and always go above and beyond it’s ashamed that this company doesn’t value loyal clients so disappointed.
I’ve been getting waxed consistently for 5 years and no one is better than Katie in my experience. She consistently gets every single hair while waxing practically pain-free. She definitely sets the standard. I trust Katie with all my waxing services and will continue to go to her loyally. Highly recommend!
I have finally found my wax artist! Christina is amazing. I was instantly comfortable; She was clean, thorough and quick. She left no hair or ingrown behind and that has been my toughest challenge finding a wax artist. As a licensed beauty professional myself, I cannot stress how great she is. Prebooked for my next appointment with her! Thrilled to have found her on the first try living in a new area. Thank you again!
