Kareena is fabulous! I hadn’t been in quite some time and she absolutely helped ease my nerves getting back into waxing. Would definitely recommend!!
After OVER 3 weeks of calling, leaving messages and trying to get into the location that has newly opened near Glenmary in Fern Creek. I was about to gove up and found Courtney and ALL the amazing staff on Ruby Lane in the East End of Louisville. Needless to say they worked me in that morning did every service that I asked or, they CARED, offered their expertise and were patient at answering all my questions. Needless to say they have a customer for life and my 3 daughters! All the other European Wax Centers need to take a lesson from this staff. Professional, courtesy and Actually answer the phone!!!
Maddie was superb! She gave me exactly what I wanted & made my brows look splendid. Will definitely go back to her!
Joslynn was awesome. My appt with her was 2 days after my car wreck and she was super compassionate, gently, very easy to talk too, quick and did an excellent job on my wax. She will definitely be my go-to wax specialist!
Taylor was great. I am so glad I found this EWC. I went to another one in Louisville and didn't like it. This one is awesome. Clean, friendly staff exceptional service!
