Literally the first thing I did the morning after our daughter's engagement was contact Diana to tell her we would be needing her services. I had been to too many ceremonies and receptions where I watched the mothers of the bride and groom running around like crazy women trying to attend to every detail and issue that popped up. I knew I wanted to enjoy the day and savor, not stress, over every moment. Diana and her team did not disappoint. She takes care to make sure every vendor is on the same page. The small details made the biggest difference (the timeline cards for the bridal party with her name and number for emergencies, which unfortunately one groomsmen did need to use-but Diana handled the situation and I was none the wiser until after the ceremony-again, leaving me stress-free)! I am still not sure how she hunted down my missing cell phone-but again, something I didn't have to deal with. As I write this review I am thinking of all the things that "almost went wrong" but didn't because she was on top of it all. Do not hesitate to contact and work with Diana-she is amazing!
When I was overwhelmed by the idea of learning the wedding industry before spending more money than I'd ever spent in my entire life, I found Diana. And because of that, my husband and I actually enjoyed wedding planning and our wedding day. I found Diana through a Facebook group and after vetting several of the recommendations, it was Diana's experience and commitment to personalization that led me to working with her. Diana created a wedding day where at the end of it, my husband and I said "this felt like OUR wedding." She: *heard our ideas, and cultivated lists of vendors for us to choose from that fit our budget and didn't overwhelm us with options *kept us within budget the entire time, even having coupon codes or planner discounts for us to take advantage of *has an incredible working knowledge of the industry and the details (do YOU know how to rent linens? I don't.) *responded promptly and in detail to any panicked emails or silly questions we had along the way *found us a gay DJ when we specifically asked for one (to reflect our taste in music and support a vendor in the community) *provided a digital platform for us to organize all of our wedding details: budget, guest list, seating chart, vendors, etc. *reviewed all of our invitations, save the dates, and other orders to give us peace of mind that we did it correctly *created signage, tickets, and visuals that elevated our day MOST IMPORTANTLY, Diana heard our vision and our values and made it a reality. We had a big, gay wedding where the tables were named after our favorite pop stars and each guest stopped at "will call" (one of her incredible staff) to pick up their "ticket." We served Cleveland Vegan to signal our vegetarian lifestyle. We got married in an urban art gallery that she found. We had the Kelsey Elizabeth cake we wanted. We were dressed in chocolate brown and dusty yellow suits, flanked by bridal parties in terra cotta and dusty blue. We had desert foliage and succulents as pocket squares. The day was OURS. Diana provided us structure and comfort during a very stressful time. I've said to my husband so many times this year: "Diana is the best money we've ever spent." And I mean it.
Having Diana as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was easily one of the best decisions we made! Although her main focus was day-of coordination, she was with us every step of the way throughout our planning process. She provided guidance, encouragement, and a TON of valuable resources to make our planning easier. She always had a solution to our problem and really made the last few months leading up to the wedding a breeze. She handled almost everything the day of our wedding which allowed for our friends and family to enjoy the day with us. I cannot recommend Diana and her services enough. She is wonderful to work with!!

Vom Moment an, als mein Verlobter und ich beschlossen, eine weniger traditionell wirkende Überraschungshochzeit zu haben, dachten wir, etwas Hilfe wäre nett, also riefen wir Diana an. Sie war ERSTAUNLICH und wir wussten schon beim ersten Beratungsgespräch, dass wir sie buchen würden. Während des gesamten Planungsprozesses war sie stets erreichbar, um alle Fragen zu beantworten und uns weiterzuhelfen. Sie hat uns ein Online-Hochzeitsplanungs-Tool zur Verfügung gestellt, das wir parallel benutzt haben, um jedes Detail festzuhalten – und es hielt meine Listen, Diagramme, Fragen, Budget, Ideen und Verträge alle an einem Ort. Sie stand ständig in Kontakt mit all unseren Anbietern, sorgte dafür, dass jeder unseren Zeitplan kannte, wohin er gehen sollte, was zu tun war und wen man anrufen sollte. Wenn ich mich überwältigt fühlte, schickte ich ihr einfach eine Nachricht, und sie war immer da, um mich zu beruhigen. Einen Tag vor unserer Hochzeit hat sie durch ihre Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung unserer Location noch mehr geleistet. Am Tag der Hochzeit war sie ständig in Bewegung, checkte nach, sorgte dafür, dass alle dort waren, wo sie sein mussten, und dass alles im Zeitplan war. Sie machte wirklich alles absolut NAHTLOS. Alle unsere Gäste haben kommentiert, wie schön und unglaublich unsere Hochzeit war, und wir hätten es niemals ohne Diana geschafft! (Fotos von Magnolia Lake Photography)
Diana und ihr Team waren eine der besten Entscheidungen, die ich für mich selbst und meinen Verstand an meinem Hochzeitstag getroffen habe. Ich habe Diana so gut wie Ideen gegeben, was ich mir wünschte und wie es aussehen sollte, aber ich ließ sie und ihr Team damit arbeiten. Es war das beste Geld, das ich in die Hochzeit investiert habe! Wir trafen uns in der Woche vor meinem großen Tag, um alles zu besprechen. Sie war super unkompliziert in der Zusammenarbeit und wusste nach dem Treffen, dass meine Hochzeit in guten Händen war. Ich habe so viele Komplimente bekommen, wie schön und elegant alles aussah. Eine Woche später loben Leute, die nicht einmal auf meiner Hochzeit anwesend waren, sondern sie nur durch Bilder gesehen haben, wie schön alles aussah. Der Veranstaltungsort hat mir buchstäblich den Atem geraubt, als ich endlich hereingegangen bin und alles gesehen habe. Am Tag selbst nahm Diana Kontakt auf, als sie vor Ort eintraf, und auch, als sie wieder gingen. Danke, Diana und Team, für eure harte Arbeit!
