He strikes the perfect balance of pushing just enough to help you make real progress without overdoing it. I highly recommend Becca Wezensky as a physical therapist, she is the Best! I have been seeing Becca with severe issues with my knee. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, kind, and takes the time to explain what she’s doing with my knee, and listens to my questions and comments. I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Candace at Evolution Physical Therapy. I started working with her during my build for my first marathon and she not only provided excellent care but also gave me huge emotional support. I was 6 weeks out from my race when my knee started to cause me so much pain I couldn't complete training runs. At the time I met Candace I was unsure if I would be able to complete the race and it seemed impossible that I would achieve my goal of sub 4 hours. Candace validated all of my feelings and gave me the confidence to keep training. She simplified my treatment plan and ensured I never felt overwhelmed. With her support I was able to run my race pain free and beat my goal! Candace's genuine excitement and care about her work and patients was always at the forefront of our sessions. She understands how to meet athletes where they are and help them get to where they want to go. She would regularly check in on me during training and even tracked my race.
