Honestly disappointed, I now have scratches and swirls on my new paint that I got a few months ago. I thought I’d try out this car wash for the first time since I got my new paint job, I even got the membership package. I went through the car wash the first time looked over the whole truck and it cleaned it alright. I came back today went over the whole truck before I went through, come out to check it and there’s long scratches all over truck, and one deeper scratch. Now they can say all they want but I looked at my truck before and after and it was definitely the car wash. It won’t let me post a video so I took some screenshots of the video I took.

Love this place! Always consistent, fast, and my car looks amazing every time. It’s super convenient and well maintained, which makes the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend if you want a reliable wash. The manager Moe is super friendly too! Thank you guys!!!

Wish I could rate this better because the staff is great. But the cleaning at this location is AWFUL. I paid the most premium wash and the car came out very dirty even in places like the hood that are very easy to access. The windows are dirty and the body of the car as well. Would NOT recommend. Vacuum heads were also oddly shaped and everything is expensive for the poor quality you get.

I went for a wash and came out with swirl marks, scratches, paint chips, pitting on the windshield, windows, panoramic roof, and back glass. This damage was consistent across all surfaces, exactly the kind caused by dirty and poorly maintained brushes. They advertise "NeoGlide" brushes that can’t scratch, “40 HD cameras", and “inspection arches” that scan your car. When I went back to review the footage, I was shown basic surveillance (nothing high-res), no paint or glass inspection, no before-and-after comparison, just distant footage of a wet car, useless for identifying swirl marks, glass pitting. When I asked about the inspection arch data, Eli told me, “We have attendants to inspect the vehicles.” That’s completely false. No attendant inspected my vehicle at any point. No one walked around it. No one even looked. Their “inspection” process is either imaginary or intentionally hidden. Even worse, Eli told me three completely contradictory things: 1. In an email: “There’s no evidence the damage happened here.” 2. In person: “I’m not denying it didn’t happen here.” 3. When I requested to see the damage in person: “It’s impossible this happened at our wash.” So which is it? Then they told me to file with ICBC, a tactic they use to dodge all responsibility and make you pay, potentially raising your premiums. This isn’t a one-off mistake, it’s a routine strategy. Sort their Google reviews by “Lowest.” You’ll find dozens of customers reporting swirl marks, scratches and, paint damage. Zero accountability, ICBC blame-shifting, No real inspection. Their 5-star reviews are generic, repetitive, mention staff names, contain no photos or details. Now compare them to the 1-star reviews which are full of evidence, photos, and consistent stories. That contrast says everything. This business damages cars, lies about inspections, refuses to provide evidence, then tries to offload the cost onto ICBC. Don’t let this happen to your car. Don’t trust their marketing. Don’t fall for the fake reviews. I hope other car owners don’t suffer similar damage and blame deflection via ICBC. Avoid Express Auto Wash👎👎👎

The prices are quite reasonable. Unfortunately, after the first wash, my car wasn’t completely clean, but they offered a free re-wash, which was nice. Even after that, I noticed a few spots that were still not cleaned, but they might be difficult to remove. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and will probably return.
