The contact was returned with a phone call on a Sunday morning by Francis who could have got a tech out there that day on Sunday. I had put in for an 11A-1P service on the following day (Monday) for a broken garage door single spring and asked that we keep that reserved time and day. The next morning, Alex (the tech), contacted me at 10A and asked the home address/location and made sure it was a single spring garage door issue. I told him the spring was visibly broken in 2 pieces. Said he would be at the house at 11A. He showed up at 11A as he said he would, got right on the broken spring issue. Replaced it with a new spring and lined up the cables, tested it and was asking me to check out his work within 45 minutes. He did a Great job. The entire job costs, which included the travel to our Lake Palo Pinto home from his location, was $230. Great communication with me all around, even after the job by Francis for a follow up to see that times were 'as promised' by Alex and the quality of work was met. I will head for Express Garage Door for the next garage door issue or service...a prominent company in the DFW area never returned our introduction online contact to help us with this problem and I am happy that they didn't.

Express Garage Door in the DFW area did an excellent job getting my garage door working again! I called them late in the evening, and they came out the very next day.
