I started posting a review but was not able to finish it because I went back to the invoice to get the Managers name. Anyways, Samson is amazing! He was very professional and welcoming as well as showing sincere concern for an issue I had from my last oil change from another company where they stripped the oil pan and a regular oil pan plug that I purchased from 5 star ford could not be used. Anyways, long story short both he and the other gentleman there ( I didn’t get his name) were very helpful. They were able to put new oil in and use the temporary butterfly plug that the other place used. Samson treated me right all the way around! I will be back and will refer all my friends and family. You have customer for life!

Shady and dishonest experience — avoid this place. I dropped off my father’s 2019 Toyota Tacoma on 12/31/2025 at 5:30 PM for three specific issues: Maintenance Required light TPMS light Vibration while driving between 60–80 mph On 1/2/2026, I was called to pick up the truck and told that the rotors had been replaced. This made no sense because the truck never had any braking issues or vibration while braking. The vibration only occurred at highway speeds. Even worse, none of the original three issues were fixed. Instead, the employee suggested I take the truck to Discount Tire to address both the TPMS light and the vibration — issues that were the original reason for the visit. The Maintenance Required light was still on as well. Because the repairs were being handled through SilverRock, I didn’t argue at the shop and simply picked up the truck. However, I noticed something very concerning: When I dropped it off, the odometer read 55,892 miles. When I picked it up two days later, it read 56,004 miles — 112 miles added with no explanation. I reported everything to SilverRock, and they agreed something wasn’t right and redirected me to Firestone, where the issues are now being properly addressed. Final takeaway: None of the original problems were resolved, yet they: Added 112 miles to the vehicle in just two days Charged SilverRock for rotor replacement that was never needed This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend not bringing your vehicle here.

Had a great experience at this Express Lube & Car Care for my state inspection. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The inside seating area was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing quick and reliable service.

I went in for an oil change and state inspection. The guys here were friendly and knowledgeable. Due to my check engine light being on, had to have a diagnostics run. Reasonably priced and very accurate fixing my car. After having the repairs done and driving my vehicle for drive cycles, my car passed inspection. Thank you Express for keeping me safe and on the road. I will be back

I went there for annual state emissions inspection. The service was quick and the mechanics were knowledgeable and customer service was also excellent. Free vacuum next door was plus. I will definitely coming back for my oil change when it's due.
