Don’t know how this place has such a positive rating. Look at the recent reviews and it’s pretty bad. I went here earlier this year and the whole thing felt like a con - I am very mildly far-sighted but they did every test in the book on me (perhaps to use up insurance funds?). The optometrist kept telling me how bad my vision was going to get, even though my vision has been the same for the past 3 decades. After my exam, with pupils dilated, they tried to push crazy expensive frames on me. And worst of all they didn’t share my prescription with me, which they are required to do by law. I had to ask twice. I definitely would not go back again, I still think about how bad this experience was even though it was almost a year ago

Poor service. Why would you ask someone for credit card information to book an appointment when I already have a file open with you guys and booked an appointment online without a credit card. And then you have the audacity to cancel someone's appointment within 24 hours of them booking it knowing damn well that I lost my glasses and it would take long for me to book another appointment. The lady at the desk is rude as hell

I would never recommend this office to anyone, I went in for a contact lens exam and fitting Feb 21, its now Mar 26 and they continue to ask for additional prior records, for which my old doctor has failed to send the correct ones. It appears they are unable to fit patients on their own without documentation from prior doctors. I asked what they do with new patients and no good answer.

I had a positive experience with the eye exam itself—the staff was thorough and professional. However, the process of receiving my prescription glasses has been nothing short of disastrous. My frames, which are not replaceable, were entrusted to them to send to the lab. What was supposed to be a straightforward two-week turnaround has now dragged on for well over six weeks, with almost zero communication or accountability. They attributed the delay to a lab issue, yet offered no clear explanation or apology for the extended wait. Worse still, my requests for updates have been ignored, leaving me with little confidence in how my frames are being handled. It’s extremely disappointing that such a promising start. No frames yet.... I am still waiting on a response, I called in no response, I emailed, no response.

Dr. Torres und sein Team sind absolut fantastisch! Er hat sich Zeit genommen und war bei der Untersuchung meiner Augen sehr gründlich und hat mir bei Fragen geholfen. Die Lobby hat eine große Auswahl an Brillen, aus der man wählen kann. Sophia war auch fantastisch. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, mir bei der Auswahl der passenden Brille zu helfen, die zu meiner Gesichtsform und meinem Alltagsbedarf passt. Ich würde absolut empfehlen, hierher zu kommen, um Ihre optometrischen Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen!
