We unfortunately were involved in a car accident where our car was totaled and had to be towed. EZ Tow was very helpful at the scene as well as accommodating after the fact in setting up a time to retrieve all of our items. They definitely made a tough situation easier.

Long overdue but if I could give 10 stars I would!! Angel was my driver and helped so much, as my car was in lockout and unable to move he was able to load it on the truck to bring to the auto shop. He called & sent me pictures through the whole process as I was unable to be there. Affordable for Austin towing and very quick as well I think the whole process only took about 2 hours from calling to order a lift to them dropping my car off at the location, couldn’t recommend any higher :)
My driver Angel was great ! I didn’t have to wait long at all he was very quick to get to where I was at. He got me and my car home safely and at a great rate I highly recommend this tow company if you ever need a tow in Austin!
Had a great experience with this company when I had a collision on I35 in Austin. I forgot his name (Hispanic gentleman) but he was so helpful and sympathetic to our situation. He gave us advice and he was so polite. I think his boss should take him out to lunch! He deserves it for going above and beyond the call of duty. ***** Thank you *****
