I've only been to one session, but it seems to provide a great cross-training workout to supplement whatever physical activity you gravitate towards...mine is Nordic skiing. The workout is somewhat self-regulated, as you can only beat yourself up so much before you either slow down, use lower weights, etc. (and I mean this in the most endearing of ways!). The instructors are positive and supportive and there to help with proper technique for the various exercises, which never hurts when you are at your limit.
F45 has been the best workout experience I have ever had. All of the coaches are amazing. We especially enjoy 5am with Tara and Johanna- they keep me motivated when I wanna give up because it’s 5am lol. Definitely don’t hesitate to come in!

I started my F45 fitness journey over 6 months ago to try it out and my goals were everything I asked above with the ultimate goal of passing my USAF fitness test in March and I DID IT! THANKS TO F45 AND THE COACHES WHO WERE THERE TO HELP ENCOURAGE AND MOTIVATE ME THROUGH THE WORKOUTS, TO INCLUDE THE 0500/0600 F45 warriors! 🙌 I highly recommend it to anyone! It's become a family fitness journey for the Pegueros ❤️
F45 is a great way to stay motivated and complete your workouts in record time! You won't feel self conscious because everyone is focused on themselves. I saw improvements in myself after just a couple of weeks, and I feel better too!
F45 Training was a great start to my fitness journey. The high-intensity workouts and supportive community pushed me to achieve things I never thought possible. I am grateful for the foundation F45 provided and the positive impact it had on my health and wellbeing. I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking to start their fitness and mental transformation whilst pushing their limits. I now train at a different gym due to schedule and training with a different style/method and continue to attend F45 ocassionally.
