They made the application and move in process smooth and efficient. They were always contactable via phone/email and communicated information in a timely manner. They have managed a rental property for us for approximately 8 years, and we find the entire team (Christine, Brian, Kieran, and James) a pleasure to work with. They are professional, friendly, and approachable, and make the rental process simple and easy for us. They manage all rent collection and maintenance issues efficiently. They find good reliable tenants and treat them fairly so that good relationships are maintained, while ensuring that the property is well looked after.
