I booked Natalie based on a glowing recommendation from my colleague. She is usually fully booked, I managed to secure an appointment on a Monday morning. I had a (very thorough) extraction facial, Omnilux and (heavenly) shoulder and scalp massage. I like how calm my face was after the extraction, minimal redness. Natalie also made some ingredients-based recommendations on my skin care routine, without any judgement or sales pitch. She’s a pro! Overall, it was quite a relaxing and enjoyable experience, highly recommend!
