Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. He filed our taxes last year so we sent all docs for this year. No acknowledgement or anything. No reply on the email. Finally got a hold of him after calling 10 times and he told me he will call me back. No call back and that was 2 months ago. Now, no one is answering the phone, no replies on emails and went today to the office and it was closed too. I am baffled how some people use trust this business for their tax filing.
Jimmy and his team are phenomenal! Very trust worthy, very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and always has my best interests in mind. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team.
Extremely unprofessional. Unbelievably hard to get a hold of. Waited several months for an appointment with Jimmy (even as repeat customer) in order to have him look at our docs. When we called for our appt., he was not available. Later we were told, since he thought our appointment was in person, he was not willing to keep our meeting as a phone call and he gave our time slot to someone else. He was then too busy to make another appointment for us even though we waited for him all tax season and we did not have another accountant. Had he told us he was too busy before we waited two months to have a quick conversation, that would have been the decent thing for him to do. I have not ever experienced a financial professional to treat a client with such disregard and not even understand he was doing so. Extremely stressful situation. Thankfully we found a reliable accountant elsewhere the next year.
Extremely unreliable service by Jimmy. He strung me along until the last day (set a time even )for my S Corp filing and basically went missing in action. I called him and emailed him few times with no response. He could have just said that he’s busy and can’t take my work. Very unprofessional. Save your self sometime and find someone who you can rely to communicate better and not waste your time!
Jimmy is my account which I trust with all my business and personal needs. He’s always ready to help with whatever you need and he takes time he doesn’t rush you at all like other people. He answers all yours question and explains everything with your taxes. I recommend him to anyone I know.Never had a problem with IRS since he handles my paperwork. Give it a try and you won’t regret it!
