This is my second time using Falcon Electric. They answered the call immediately and made it out here the next day. I was very impressed both times with their work and the fee was reasonable too. I highly recommend them.
We had half the power go out in our home unexpectedly, and Marla at Falcon was by far the friendliest and most helpful person I spoke with out of the many electricians I called yesterday. Marla was able to find a technician with time to get out to us the same day and take a look. I got a text when Scott was on the way with his photo for security. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and called PGE to get them out the same evening to put a fix in place. We have more follow up we need to do with PGE but I so appreciate Falcon's quick help and expertise with this unusual situation. I won't hesitate to call them first the next time we have need of an electrician!
Falcon's electricians , Chris and Cole were awesome! Answered all of our questions, explained everything they were doing. Very friendly and gave us some advice for some future electrical improvements. We will 100% take their advice. I can honestly say that I recommend this company and their electricians for anyone looking for electrical work. They also installed a service drop and new breaker board 3 years ago. No problems! I look forward to bringing our 75 year old house up to speed with Falcon!
I really appreciated my work with Falcon Electric. Darby at the office is absolutely top-notch! She is quick, responsive, easy to work with and really excellent at problem-solving. All of their technicians were courteous, thoughtful about their care in my home and did solid, excellent work. I will absolutely be using them again!
Absolutely outstanding experience end to end! David and Jonathon designed and installed all new electrical service in our 1952 farmhouse. The main panel and meter had not been touched since 1952. They also added in a whole home generator. Marla in the office was a pleasure to work with and was always a delight. Thank you to the rest of the Falcon crew who helped as well—including the owner, who made a special point of meeting us in person.
