Used Falcon for my move from SW ATL to Roswell and they were awesome! Showed up on time, were super efficient and cared for my property like it was their own. I Would DEFINITELY Recommend This Company If You Need To Be Moved. The 3 Guys Were VERY Respectful And Professional. I Ended Up Having More Items Than I Expected But The Guys Were Very Patient With Me. Moved From A 3 Story Home To A 2 Story Home & All Of My Items Were Moved With No Damage. I Was Estimated For 6hrs But The Guys Got It Done In 4. Will Be Booking Again In The Future!!

I hope my experience will help you make an informed decision when booking, because unfortunately, my move with Falcon was extremely disappointing. FIRST, PACKING: I had two movers, one older and one much younger, and I could tell immediately that the younger mover did not have as much experience. During the initial process of wrapping items, the older mover had to instruct the younger mover on which items to wrap and how to wrap efficiently. Level of expertise is not an issue for me, as everyone has to start somewhere, but that does eat into my time of paying per hour. Additionally, they were very unprofessional when I had to ask them to shrink-wrap specific items. For example, I asked them to wrap a small portable treadmill because it was raining outside and I did not want it to get wet. As the younger mover was wrapping it, the older mover came in to say the treadmill didn’t need to be wrapped and to just take it outside. When I stated that I wanted it wrapped, the older mover shrugged and shook his head side to side. When I asked for my mirror to be wrapped, he sighed out loud in front of me. This was very unprofessional and rude, as I am paying for a thorough and efficient moving process. Even in Falcon’s confirmation email, they state, “Our estimate includes time spent padding & shrink wrapping.” Age and level of expertise do not bother me, but the level of professionalism and respect does. SECOND, UNLOADING: As I held the door open for them, I heard a loud noise in the living room. When I went inside, the workers did not say anything and continued to unload as if nothing had happened. I thought I had misheard, but then I saw my broken coffee table. The worst part was the fact that they tried to HIDE IT. They placed the broken leg back under the table and pushed it against the sofa to be propped up and didn’t say anything to me. I get it, accidents happen. The younger mover was carrying it on his own and must have dropped it because it was too heavy for him. But it’s human decency to ADMIT your mistakes and APOLOGIZE. Not once did either worker say a word to me. They pretended as if it didn’t happen. Even after breaking my table, they continued to unload carelessly. Instead of working together to unload the heavier/bigger items, they continued to move individually. This showed they did not feel remorse and didn’t care about being careful to prevent further breakage. They also lost a wheel from the bottom of my dresser and claimed to “pick it up and put it on top of a box”, but lo and behold, I never found it. It was obvious that there was a lack of proper training and attention to detail. Instead of taking the time to be diligent, the movers were careless when loading the truck, putting things sideways and upside down. They were careless when piling bigger items on top of each other on dollies and did not help each other carry heavier items. I trusted Falcon Moving with my home and possessions, and that trust was unfortunately misplaced. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their employee training practices.
