This center has been a true God send. I just had my first visit with Dr Mariana Markella-Lunati and I am so hopeful for my continued care with her as my guide. I was seeing another Dr but he quit. He had helped me so much I was very nervous to have to find a new doc. But Dr Markella was very helpful knowledgeable sincere and also very hopeful for me. She was upfront in a positive way. She was not in a rush and cared about all I had to say. She took my concerns into account. Thank u for all your help. Looking forward to my journey with u Dr Markella.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ms. S. Kimmel is an exceptional therapist. She is consistent, communicates effectively, listens with intention, and offers thoughtful, practical guidance. Most importantly, she genuinely pours her heart into her clients, and it shows in every session. As a counselor myself because yes, even counselors need counseling working with Ms. Kimmel has been impactful not only for my personal growth but also for my professional development. She sets a powerful example of what compassionate, ethical, and client-centered care looks like. I often find myself thinking that if I feel this supported and seen, I can only imagine how many others feel the same. She has truly been a staple in helping me navigate life’s challenges with clarity and grace. I’m deeply grateful to Family Center for having someone like Ms. Kimmel on their team, along with other therapists I trust who operate with the same level of professionalism, integrity, and care.

TMS treatments are daily for 36 sessions. So, for me... I utilize UBER to get here. The entrance is on the far side of Building 1, POV from the street, Wild Pine. There are 4 buildings total at this address. I put in an edit to UBER maps because they kept dropping me off at the apartments beside the rental car business which has no connecting road, parking lot, or walking path to this address. Update: UBER still has not edited their maps. For UBER passengers - spell PNE 11207 Wild Pne And it will drop you off at Bldg 2... but at least you get dropped off in the correct parking lot with wheel chair access. 🙏🏼 Can ya'll provide decaffeinated coffee/tea in waiting room as well? Update: Thank you for providing decaffeinated coffee in your waiting room 😋

I was going to write a review for my therapist because, during our intake, he took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel valued as a person. However, I also want to share how amazing it is to meet someone who truly represents what a good therapist should be. Alex Montero is truly phenomenal. He’s one of a kind. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect since he’s young, but he carries a gentleness and calm energy that immediately put me at ease from the moment we left the waiting room. I would give him five stars without hesitation. However, I would give the clinic zero. I was scheduled with Mr. Montero and then suddenly told I would be seeing someone else because he was no longer there. That felt suspicious to me. I know Mr. Montero had no intention of leaving — he spoke so highly of the company and its care for patients. Not knowing what happened or why he is gone is disappointing and feels unfair, especially considering how rare it is to find a counselor who truly cares the way he does.

I’ve met many therapists trying to find the right fit for my son, but last week, Alexander Montero showed me that he truly understands and cares. From the very beginning, he made my son feel safe, comfortable, and heard — not like just another patient. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and puts his whole heart into helping others. As a parent, that means everything. I’m so grateful we found him, and I really believe Family Care Center gained someone very special for their team.
