It's a great place. Staff is friendly and they work fast. Had to get my ring resized and repaired, and they had it done in less than two hours. It looks great. I would definitely go there again.
I had my first experience at Fast Fix 4 days before Christmas for a watch repair. I had stopped at two other repair stores and was told I could not have it until after Christmas. I walked into Fix Fast and they explained to me a couple of things that needed to be done and that I could pick it up later that day. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy with my layman questions. I will be back and I’m suggesting it as a high referral for others. And yes, it is worth the town center Christmas traffic to receive that kind of service :)

Fantastic experience, very knowledgeable. My engagement ring stone was falling out because the prongs got bent and messed up. He fixed it and cleaned it while I was standing right there in literally less than two minutes, and didn’t even charge me because he said it was easy and quick to fix. Will definitely be coming here again for any jewelry repair needs. 10/10 recommend!!! Thanks so much!
I took my TAG watch to the TAG store to have a pin replaced that popped out. They told me that they were going to have to send it off and it would cost me $280 for a watch pin! A friend told me about Fast Fix in the Altamonte Mall, an authorized TAG repairman and he fixed it in 5 minutes for $16. Fast, friendly and you can’t beat that price! I’ll be back!
