I was genuinely impressed with this place from start to finish. I had researched watch repair pricing ahead of time and expected it to be higher, but their pricing came in lower than what I found elsewhere. When I dropped the watch off, I was quoted a 2-3 week turnaround, which felt reasonable. To my surprise, I received a text just a couple of days later letting me know it was ready. When I picked it up, I was honestly stunned. The watch looked as good as new! After leaving, I noticed something about the watch that didn’t seem right and returned about 30 minutes later. The team immediately helped me, calmly and kindly explaining that it was a normal function I’d never noticed before. No embarrassment, no pressure just clear help and genuine appreciation that I came back. The quality of the work and the level of care stood out in every interaction. I’ll absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs watch or jewelry repair.

My jeweler recommended I try this business to repair a very old watch. They are set up like a bank inside where you queue up to the next teller type experience. They were pleasant, fast and reasonably priced. I received a text 20 minutes later with my assessment. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs jewelry repair.

Highly recommend! I needed same-day service to size my newly purchased diamond ring. The store was welcoming, and service was fast. This place is great a travel from Chesterfield to have my watch resized here because I trust them over some 19 year-old kid at a mall kiosk. They’re always very friendly. Price is very competitive. This is actually a second review. I had them try to fix a very modest heirloom watch from my late father in law. While they were unable to repair the watch to working order, probably because my father in law kept the thing in a drawer full of gravel, they replaced the crystal, and refunded all the money, even the money for the labor and work done. I expected to pay for the crystal and the labor as I understand that they did work. Anyways, great place, was not expecting total refund but the $250 was much appreciated and it was a decent size refund....
