This cancer survivor has nothing but praise for Mikey at Fatty’s (Dupont Circle). He is a thoughtful and creative artist, who brought my tattoo ideas to life. Every aspect of this process was great: I contacted him via email with my initial request, then shared images/designs, and scheduled the appointment with ease. All tattoos tell a story and my newest two are welcomed additions to the story of Kate.
I got my eyebrow pierced here and I loved it! Michael was so kind and the process was nothing more than 5 minutes! I have only ever had my ear pierced so l was nervous but Michael made it painless!
Michael was very professional and personable. He explained what he was doing, and took time to explain the aftercare. Even though he was reopening my second earlobe piercings, the aftercare has changed since I had those originally done. I highly recommend Michael!
Michael did a great job piercing my ear. He was super professional and very chill. I don’t do well with needles and was very accommodating. The shop is also very clean - I will be back for more piercings.
BEST PIERCER EVER!!!! I had such a positive experience from my appointment booking to leaving the shop. I went online, seen all their pricing, piercings they offered, and booked the appointment right there for the same day. The piercer followed up immediately after booking online thru text and by the time I went to the appointment he was already aware of exactly what I wanted and where, and I had already asked all the questions I had in my head! I’ve had over eight body piercings by now, and this was my first dermal and first piercing at Fatty’s let me tell you, Michael was SO KIND so personable and so knowledgeable, most of all he was SO QUICK AND PAINLESS!!! i felt like i’ve known him for years and had only had a ten minute experience with him. I would literally recommend this shop to anyone, it was so clean, everything was sterilized by the time I went back, and really had a great conversation about aftercare too. Thank you so so much again Michael no matter where I end up, I know for sure I’ll be back for a piercing or tattoo at Fattys on Connecticut!! :)
