I did some AI and Google research before deciding on a company with a track record and an office in the area. I know there are plenty of roofers in this area, but I plan for this to be the final roof , at least in my lifetime. Brandon was the rep and documented the entire roof and associated structures with photos so he could demonstrate problems. I think there were over 30 images. We decided to replace the 23+ year old skylights as well which seemed good wisdom rather than have to come back and deal with them several years after a new roof installation. Brandon was very thorough in explaining the materials options and why there approach may be superior to a cheaper installation. The installation was scheduled and the communication with the company and project manager was thorough and prompt. The materials were delivered at the time scheduled and the work started exactly on time. The crew managed deck furniture and covered areas of concern with tarps or netting. The entire job took about a day and a half. Clean-up was thorough and I only found 1 or 2 stray nails from the previous roof being removed. The price was in keeping with the range for a high quality roof and I have the reassurance of the guarantee which will pass on to the next occupant. I would definitely use Feazel again given the quality, scheduling and follow-up which were top notch.

Discovered our roof had issues after storms came through the area (14 year old house, of course builder used cheap materials and labor). Called Feazel and had a field report out to look things over within 2 days. Home insurance of course wouldn't pay because the issues were "manufacturing defects" (explains why the builders warranty only covered the first year). Feazel set us up with a financial institution because this roof was going to run us almost $18,000 . Once everything was ready, and weather cooperated, they had a crew out and all the work completed in one 12 hour work day. *EDIT* last week, with all the crazy thunderstorms, I discovered that water was coming in through our bathroom vent (dripping out of exhaust vent over the toilet). I called and reported this issue and they arranged to get a roof technician over as soon as possible. I went into my attic crawlspace to see how bad this was and discovered that the water was evidently only coming down inside the pipe, so I only needed rain caps on the outside vent stacks. I relayed this to Feazel, but they never told the tech. He showed up with no caps and the closest store with company account was 30 miles away. So he made some caps. Which totally capped the bathroom vent, and therefore broke code. Bathroom vent pipes have to be able to vent. Luckily I decided to check on the work and ordered the proper caps on Amazon and fixed the issue myself. Teach your techs better

Choosing Feazel for our new roof was an excellent decision. From the very beginning, their representative, Brandon, provided a clear and detailed estimate, explaining all the options and answering every question we had. The day of the install, the installation crew arrived on time as we discussed. The crew was phenomenal and worked incredibly hard; they also maintained a very clean and organized worksite. They were respectful of our property and took great care to protect our landscaping. Brandon kept us informed of their progress daily, and the communication was seamless. We were also sent pictures during and after the roof install, allowing us to see the progress. The finished roof is beautiful and appears to be incredibly well-installed. We are thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from Feazel.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the incredible work Feazel Roofing did for us. My husband was honored to receive a free roof through their generous program for veterans, which was awarded during the NC State football game. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Jerry Farrell, the site manager, kept us informed every step of the way, providing updates and photos in real-time, ensuring we knew exactly what was happening. The entire crew was outstanding—hardworking, efficient, and meticulous. They arrived at our home around 7 AM and, incredibly, were pulling out of our driveway by 12:30 PM, having completed the job with precision and care. Their cleanup efforts were just as impressive as their workmanship—I even saw a young woman kneeling under our bushes, ensuring no debris was left behind. The office team was just as fantastic. Amber and Jeannie were thorough and super friendly, making the process smooth from start to finish. Matt also went out of his way to call and personally apologize for any mix-ups, showing how much they truly care about their customers. I would recommend Feazel Roofing a million times over. Their professionalism, speed, and attention to detail exceeded all our expectations!

My entire experience with Feazel was incredible. From the inspection team, picking out our preferred color pattern, scheduling the work through installation was top notch. Jerry Farrell, our project manager, came out the day before the installation to connect with us and make sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. He updated us with photos and texts throughout the 2 days of installation. The quality of work was exceptional from Jerry and the entire Feazel team!! Special thanks to Jillean and Matt and the owners at Feazel for selecting us for their veteran’s Rooftop Giveaway with NC State Football. It couldn’t have come at a better time for our family as our roof was leaking and we just didn’t have the money to get it fixed. We are so thankful and our new roof looks amazing!!!
