This place does business where they aren’t transparent. Back in 11/25, I was told that the flat rate includes packaging so on 12/25, I came back to use the same flat rate shipping but they charged me extra for packaging. They will charge/not charge you based on how they feel, not based on their policies.

I found it interesting that the older gentleman went out of his way to acknowledge a customer that came in after me. Then walked over to the shipping area (where I was) looked right at me and said nothing. BUT spoke to the same customer behind me. Hmmmm…. Now you don’t have to speak to everyone (your prerogative) but I found it very interesting….. Anyway I’ll just know not to return to this location.
