At least half of the machines are usually out of order, and they've recently started closing well before most last-minute jobs would need to be done. Used to be much more useful than it currently is.
I always have a great experience at this FedEx location! The staff here provide excellent service. They are friendly, professional, and make sure to acknowledge evert customer, even when it is busy. I truly appreciate how efficiently they move through the line while still taking time to help each person. It is refreshing to see a team that truly values good customer service. Definitely one of the best FedEx locations I have worked with.

I visited the FedEx at 5600 J St in Sacramento to print some documents and meet with a notary. The location is great—easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and the printing service worked just like it should. The only complaint I have is about the restroom. There’s just one for both men and women, and it was really dirty and smelly. My elderly mother needed to use it, but she couldn’t stand to be in there. That part definitely needs attention. Other than that, it’s a convenient spot for printing and meeting with someone like a notary. Just hope they clean up the restroom.
This is about FedEx located on 56th and J Street Sacramento Centrally located in East Sacramento, if you need to use a computer, or have something printed this is the place, or pick up a package or deliver one, they also have private work stations for your personal needs, and the help here is plentiful if needed, they are knowledgeable and professional in tech areas, and a go to for computer accessories, and there's plenty of parking 🅿️ 5 stars Hands down.
