valerie was so patient/helpful and taught me how to laminate some keepsakes. also had to print a shipping label and it was very easy/painless. location was clean and well stocked, staff were friendly, and wait times were minimal (though i did come on a wednesday morning and it may be busier during the afternoons)
This is the worst and most inefficient office in the city, the two ladies have no idea how anything works and are the most disinterested and useless workers ever. All the machines in the office aren't working and they expect us to fix it if we want to use them. The machine took my money, they made me buy a new flash drive because they thought that was the problem, in the end I paid them to use their printer and ended up spending $40 and 50 mins for printing out 2 sheets of paper.
Tiffany, the lady who works there, was incredibly knowledgeable, responsible, and truly passionate about her job. Even before I asked for help, she kindly stepped in and took care of everything for me—just because she noticed I seemed unfamiliar with the process. She printed out documents, explained what I needed to do, and gently walked me through every step. In fact, while teaching me, she did most of the work herself. I truly hope that life always gives her the very best, as effortlessly as she gave her kindness and care to me. She’s a rare and beautiful soul who makes the world a better place just by being in it. I only wish I could do something big in return to show my appreciation.
Very helpful staff, especially Jo when it comes to personalized printing. I needed to print on a smaller size (5.75 x 8.75 in) paper sheet and Jo helped me with ease. Now, I'll only drop by when Jo is at the office because I've noticed this is a unique skill only a few people at FedEx locations possess.
Kyra and Julia (I think I spelled their names correctly?) were amazing and helpful. They were helpful especially after I goofed up on laminating. My go-to spot now for laminating and printing now
