They truly excel in customer care. I needed a poster mounted urgently. My usual FedEx location insisted it could not be done until the next day and focused only on timelines and limitations. Store manager Steven understood the urgency and immediately stepped in. Within no time, the poster was ready. He went a step further by proactively finding and applying the institutional discount code as well. This FedEx store knows how to win customers. The help was genuine, thoughtful, and solution oriented. I have just found my new go to FedEx.
Theyre always super helpful here. Even when I have pre printed fed ex labels i'll wait until im near this one to drop off. Ive printed large poster print size to frame 3 times, too. I can't even imagine the demands of being in customer service in this day and age. more patience & understanding? Thank you to this team. I appreciate you guys AND love coming into this location!

Had to print some important documents totaling about 150 pages, single-sided and just 8.5x11, black and white, basic paper. Estimated costs were over $100 not including the fee to use the self service computer to access my files. Decided to go to a Reprographics company instead and paid less than $20. Please tell me why I keep trying to give FedEx Office business. That's not even close in price comparison, what a rip off. Thanks for making my decision easy to go elsewhere. Sheesh.
I came in for printing services. I had a few questions (as I am not sure I have ever used such a service before) and Cesar answered all of them as they arose. Ultimately, I took a stab at using their large self-serve printers, but after 10-15 minutes and $9 later, the printer had only succeeded in taking my money without giving me my print job (one star removed for this inconvenience). I went back to Cesar and he helped me right away. He was clearly going to make it right and do whatever it was I needed to get my errand done so I could be on my way (5-star service from Cesar). I really appreciated this as I had been having a frustrating day and was rather exasperated by the printer's failure to produce anything. Thanks, Cesar!
