I wouldn't recommend this law firm , once you give them the full payment their communication level drops to zero, it will become so hard to contact them by the phone even if you are trying to reach a paralegal every time I called they said we're busy we're going to call you back I quote they are in a meeting especially a paralegal her name is Tara, the only way actually to get a hold of any of them is by email, let's say you send an email after 3business days they will respond if you ask a question in the email they will respond with a question and another words they treat you like an attorney like one of them they use a court language which was so hard for my case as a refugee and I have English as a fourth language I had to get an interpreter to write an email for me they don't give you any further information I can or may help your case like for example when you file a petition to get your wife in the United States and get her green card they don't give you any information basically all they do is filing paperwork which you can do it yourself if you speak good English with that being said makes my point valid there is no need for them you have to be careful when you sign any paper or documents from them you ask them to send the green card to your house which is thorough your option and yet on the draft Tara put the option where the green card can go to the attorney the uscis send forms to the attorney and to your house not even one time the attorney called to inform you about the notice or the letter I guess they don't receive it or they have so many clients prioritize more than you or simply they don't care ,feldman they're just names on their law firm wall, they don't get Hands-On they leave their cases to paralegals and good luck to you by all means with that, I have nothing personal against the law firm but I'm pretty sure there are plenty of them can do a better job for you
We were just informed that our Greencard application was approved today and I wanted to write this review to thank everyone at Feldman and Feldman for the amazing work they put into our application. Our case was slightly more complicated than the ordinary cases and required a certain degree of skills, creativity and strategy to which Mark and Jason proved to be a professional at. Everyone in this firm was really helpful in responding to our many questions and concerns. They always replied to us in record time, whether it was calls or emails and they provided regular updates on our case status. I highly recommend Feldman and Feldman for your immigration needs, especially in today's landscape. Our family is extremely grateful to everyone who worked on our case (in no particular order: Mark, Lynn, Jason and Julianne). We can't thank you enough!
