I called to get an appointment for my cat's asthma. Their answering service had me leave a voicemail, which I did, clearly stating why I was calling and leaving a number for them to call back. They have not called back, and it's been over two weeks. Any office this unprofessional is most likely incapable of providing quality care. I'll be going with a more trustworthy vet.

I can’t say enough great things about Fillmore Veterinary Hospital! Every experience we’ve had — whether with our dog or cat — has been exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond with customer service and communication: always friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. They treat your pets like their own, and you can feel their compassion from the moment you walk in. The newly renovated waiting area has a really nice flow — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. And honestly, the prices are amazing, especially given the high level of care and attention you receive. We feel so lucky to have found a vet we can fully trust!

Best Vet in the Springs hand down! Knowledgable Doctors and caring staff. My dogs never enjoyed going to the vet before I took them here. Now their tails are wagging walking in the door and they are wagging walking out. They treat my dogs like their own and I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for them.

I cannot say enough about this practice. Dr. Cor husband treating our families pets since I was a little girl and I have continued to take my pets to him as an adult. He has always been absolutely amazing with the animals themselves and the owner's alike. He is very welcoming, friendly, and you can definitely tell his priority is the well-being of your pet. He's always been very upfront about potential costs of procedures and best and worst case scenarios. Several years ago I met Dr. Alex and we love him just as much. He is absolutely amazing with our animals and most recently we had to take our dog in due to a leg injury. Despite examining her and what would normally cause a dog to retreat as soon as possible, she immediately went back over to him for loving and kisses. Because she remembered how good he has been to her. The front desk staff is also so accommodating and so friendly. Their customer service is outstanding and they always follow up to ensure your pet is doing well. I would never go anywhere else. They are all absolutely amazing.
