I recently had my BMW fully wrapped in XPEL Stealth at First Detailing Studio, and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. Alex — the installer — deserves a huge shoutout. His attention to detail is truly exceptional; every panel was treated with absolute precision, and the final satin finish completely transformed the car. Victoria, Paul, and Valentine were also amazing to work with. They explained every step of the process thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and informed throughout the entire project. Their professionalism and passion really next level What impressed me even more is that they included a complimentary follow-up inspection after the work was done, just to ensure their high quality standards were met and to give me complete confidence in the results. I chose First Detailing Studio because they had great reviews on Google. I booked my bike in for paint protection film on the tank, head light, fenders, and side panels. They quoted me a reasonable amount. It took longer than expected (5 business days) but the owner waived the shop fees as a result. I was happy with the results. The tank had a seam along the mud line but with the shape and contours it was understandable. Overall extremely happy with the quality of work and peace of mind knowing it comes with a 10 year warranty.
I brought my car in to have windshield protection film applied after speaking with Viktoria, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The work they did was outstanding and I am extremely pleased. You can tell the people here really care about the work they do, the quality of it and their customers. Paul let me know to give it a week and if any issues after the curing they would take care of it, which is great customer service, but within an hour you couldn't even tell anything had been done to the windshield. It has rained since, I have had to use my wipers and everything is as it should be and works perfectly. It was truly an excellent job, even as noted by others after seeing my car. I would not only trust my vehicle in their hands again, I would highly recommend them. Beautiful workmanship, professionals and kind. Thank you for taking such good care of the car I love so much!
