Ordered flowers from Sunderland for our daughter’s Graduation Day in Liverpool! The flowers were delivered to the hotel ready for the next day! I picked the colour’s/style from the website and they were absolutely gorgeous!! My daughter was so thrilled and what a fab surprise when we gave her them on her Graduation day!! they did last for about a week so that was great being able to bring them back home!! Was looking for last minute flowers for a friend’s birthday. The guy named ‘Magic’ (I think I know why he’s called that now) made up a gorgeous floral gift box for me on the spot with the colours requested, and for a very reasonable price. Great customer service, very pleased! Thanks a bunch! 😊
Called in just to confirm my order as I had a bad experience from another company claiming to do same day delivery and it never arrived. The phone was picked up by a lovely gentleman named Magic 🪄 He was busy with Mother’s Day orders but still took the time to reassure me and promised to do something special for us after hearing about our situation. The flowers came in absolutely perfect condition, way better than I could have ever imagined. My mother loved it so incredibly much and I only have Magic to thank for giving us this magical experience this Mother’s Day. I shall let the pictures speak for itself. Wish I found Fishlocks sooner. You are truly giving us a service beyond just floral bouquets. I feel so much of love and thought in your arrangements. I’m extremely thankful.😌
Paid £79 for flowers to be delivered to my wife’s work place for her birthday, they looked amazing, however after 3 days they started to wilt. Very disappointed with the quality. UPDATE: Since this post my experience has become worse, on contacting them to complain, arrogant and poor customer service followed, no accountability and was told they are perishable products, that it was our fault for not cutting the stems and offered a new bunch of flowers be sent out but only to the value of the actual wilted flowers, I said this was unacceptable and asked for a part refund to which they said the don’t offer refunds! UPDATE: I finally agreed to accepting are smaller bunch of flowers as that was my only option, they said they would send them again to my wife’s work Wednesday. This did not happen and when I contacted them they said that they didn’t send them because of my Google Review and if I was to remove it they would then send out the flowers. So, I will not be blackmailed into removing this review. I’m so glad I have written about this experience and forfeit the flowers. Plenty of other florists out there to look at and I’m sure they will appreciate your business, offer better products and more importantly a better customer experience.
