Fitness Connection in Reno ist ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio, das für eine einladende Atmosphäre sowie saubere, offene Einrichtungen bekannt ist. Mitglieder loben eine große Auswahl an Geräten und freien Gewichten, einen Bereich ausschließlich für Frauen, Kinderbetreuung, Basketballplatz, CrossFit-Bereich, Boxsäcke und Gruppenfitnesskurse. Der Standort bietet einfachen Zugang zur Autobahn und sichere Parkmöglichkeiten, außerdem ordentliche Spinde und eine Sauna. Das Personal an der Rezeption, darunter Erika, Andrew und Dwina, wird für freundlichen, aufmerksamen Service hervorgehoben.

Really great gym and atmosphere with good equipment options. Though I am not happy with the cancelation process. I went in store early December to cancel and was told everything is good and no more charges would take place. I was then charged for a regular month for January and then also the $50 annual fee. I called customer service and was told my account was not canceled and there is no chance of refund. I was also told I had to pay for February because it is less than 30 days notice. Not happy at all losing $90 just to cancel a gym membership.
Andrew at Fitness Connection was amazing when getting us signed up. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and never once made us feel pressured. The whole process was easy and comfortable, which we really appreciated. Great customer service and a great first experience—highly recommend asking for Andrew!
Ive lived in Reno/Sparks most of my Life and have worked out at various Gyms throughout the years. Positive Workout Environment! Clean and Open Facility!! Julios Morning Team are exceptional People. Brandy, Andrew Erika and Dwina(May)are attentive and friendly. There are plenty of amenities and equipment to help members achieve their workouts. Child Care for the Tikes, Women's Only Area, Basketball Court, Cross Fit Area, Punching Bags, Group Classes. Plenty of Machines and Free Weights. At this facility there is easy access from the Free Way and the Streets. There is Plenty of Secure Parking in the am. In the Entrance there is an open area with Drinks and Supplements. The locker rooms are secure and Clean with a Nice Sauna Area. I have brought guests from out of town and everyone has been impressed. Thank you Fitness Connection and Keep up the Great Work!!!
Dwina at the front desk really stood out today. On my way out after a workout, she asked how it went and wished me a good rest of my day. It was a simple interaction, but it felt genuine and put me in a better mood leaving. She’s friendly, professional, and does a great job making the place feel welcoming.
This is my go to location! I am a 6am girl and theres always enough room for all the gym buddies to get their workout in! My favorite part of coming here is walking through the door and being greeted by Erika! She's always bright eyed and bushy tailed, smiling and happy as can be! So encouraging and the best energy! Please stay open until 12 like you said you would awhile ago!!
