Like other have said some of the gym equipment is outdated, without instructions and some are missing the handles to adjust the seat! My girlfriend also complains women’s sauna does not heat up as hot as the other fitness connections, and my biggest gripe is the lack of a punching bag which the new location on Forest Lane has three punching bags! With these changes I will happily update to five stars. I’ve asked the front desk about the punching bag and was told to email corporate which I will do shortly.
Jessica is great!. She's mindful of your time and easy to speak with on whatever details arise. I told her I was in a hurry and she wrapped things up faster than I imagined! Nice gym with an exceptional sauna ! . Go see Jessica for your stress free fitness connect !💪
I love this gym, but I’m giving it 3 stars because the sauna is not consistently working. The gym is very convenient for me as it’s less than 10min from my house, now have the booty builder machines and of course the women’s area. The sauna is the main thing that I come for after workouts. Management needs to do better and purchase whatever they need to fix it. I’ve worked in a gym before so I know how this feels. Please fix the sauna asap.
I was able to get a training session in with Eric C. He was very professional and he had a really good connection with me. Not sure if he meant to, but he definitely gave me hope in maybe hiring a trainer in the future. Really appreciate the motivation and support at this location!
Jessica was very nice and I would say provided an excellent customer service. I went there to tour the gym for my 5day pass but ended up signing up because of her. Even the other staffs were very nice. It’s my first time at a commercial gym so was kinda nervous but it was all good. Also so excited for the new amenities!
