The employees I interacted with at this company were pleasant. I had this company remove some popcorn ceiling in April 2024. Today I painted the walls in one of the rooms which required me to tape the ceiling. When I removed the tape it peeled off areas of the ceiling. I don’t know if this was due to poor painting skills but it seems as if they did not paint over areas they mudded (I even used the good frog tape and it still peeled. Now I have to go back and repair the ceiling and I’m sure retouch up the walls from ceiling repairs. After the company removed my popcorn ceilings I even rehired them right after to come back to paint walls in my living room and a few other rooms, only to notice they completely missed a the dry wall on the left of my fire place, which didn’t get noticed til a year later. After finding the ceiling peeling from today I have become feed up, I paid this company thousands of dollars and keep finding things they messaged up over 18 months later, it’s frustrating to say the least. It’s a shame because now I will have to find a company that does quality work. The ceiling photos are just a few and not all the peeling. If anyone hires this company, please go over these “professionals’” work with a fine tooth comb.

Very responsive and friendly. They did a great job and the new paint job on the house looks awesome. Painted bare brick, vinyl siding, gutters, downspouts and eaves. Looks like a new house. Carlos is great to work with and the painters as well.

Excellent work by Five Star. Amado and Carlos were great to work with for the estimate and overseeing the work, but I was really impressed with George, Freddie, and Frankie. They were polite, punctual, trustworthy and very respectful of my property. Their work was outstanding, and their attention to detail was impressive.

I am very impressed with this company. Found them on the BBB site. At the estimate meeting I was given copies of their license, liability insurance and BBB accreditation. They removed a popcorn ceiling, made repairs and applied 3 coats of paint. They did a beautiful job! And they cleaned up the area nicely. I highly recommend.
