The team at Fix Auto, (Auburn) were amazing. From the moment I arrived they were friendly and professional. They provided me with their assessment and estimate process and kept me apprised of their work along the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tim Breisacher was absolutely a delight to work with.
Just picked up my car yesterday and haven’t really driven it so I can’t attest to workmanship, but they did tell me their work has a lifetime warranty and I can bring it back if anything isn’t right. It looks better than it did before the accident and their service was absolutely impeccable. They communicated frequently about the status of my car and were very pleasant and easy to work with. I’m glad I went with them for my insurance-covered repairs. Highly recommend.
They were Very Efficient and called me on a timely manner on a quote about my car. The customer service was very nice and courteous. They were very helpful when I needed to pick things up out of my car .Even when I forgot stuff they called and let me know so I had an opportunity to come back and get the rest.
If I ever get in a wreck again, I will be coming here!! They were very attentive and understanding (I missed my first two appointments and they still accepted me as a customer). They offer services like coordinating with the rental place and arranging a ride. They were very kind and had a massive attention to detail when it came to the actual repairs. They cleaned my whole car inside and out for me for free 🥹. Igor, the manager and the front desk rep have made this hassle such a very smooth process and I truly appreciate it!!! Thank you guys! I am definitely a lifetime customer from now on and will recommend all my family/friends use your shop also.
I don’t even know where to start. From the moment I walked in, I knew my car was in good hands. Not only are staff friendly, but they make sure to communicate about any and all progress made. The wait was worthwhile and my patience definitely paid off. My car turned out looking better then when I bought it from the dealership! At first, I was skeptical of the high ratings and reviews. But after choosing Fix to repair my own car, I knew it was the real deal. Shoutout to Kim, Tim, and Hunter for making my experience incredible! Will definitely be going back for any future needs.
