Went as a party guest, spent almost 40 minutes queuing to get in and being shouted at by the staff to watch a video about safety, for a group of 5 year old this is ridiculous, ask the parents not the kids. Food took ages again making excited 5 year old wait 15 minutes for food which can't be served unless they are in the room for some reason, small room with no music, or tv to distract them. We havent been before and wouldn't go back based on today's visit. The place is also filthy and needs a real deep clean.

Daughter had a great time here, she loves it and the majority of the staff were friendly and polite enough, however, unfortunately a slightly older male member of staff with tattooed arms approached me rather rudely with just the line "wheres you're flip out socks mate" when I had the words "flip out" COVERING the bottom in anti slip material and this was also written on top. The problem appeared to be that they were pink and not recent flip out socks. This made me a little subconscious for the rest of our visit and much less enjoyable for myself. So be aware if you haven't purchased recent socks, or are thinking about taking older ones, it would appear you will be given a hard time by staff if your socks aren't the fluorescent green colour 👍🏻. Didn't love that you have to pay £2 for a small locker now or £4 for a large one for a minimum 2 and a half hours. Although there are free open storage boxes to leave things like shoes and jackets if you don't want to pay.

We’ve been to Flip Out more times than I can count, even for birthdays, and honestly the kids have the best time every single visit. There’s loads for them to do, endless ways to burn energy, and they never want to leave. So if you’re looking for a place where the kids can jump around and have an absolute blast, this is it. For our birthday visit, the staff were great when it came to lighting the cake and handing out party bags, but after that we were pretty much left in a dark party room on our own. Not a huge deal, but a bit more help or interaction would’ve been nice. My only real complaint? The food. I wish the options were better, because after all that jumping the kids are starving. It’s definitely an area that could use some improvement. Still, we keep coming back because the fun is unbeatable. 💚

Epic venue It has it all From trampoline that stretch far and wide To soft play There is a later tag course Bumper cars Go karts track Inflatable course Slides and shoots Football pitch With a cafe on site and many vending machines including a Costa one This venue is phenomenal Toilets on site When you arrive your given a safty briefing Stocks sold separately Great for all ages and entire family Venue offers sleep over parties and tailored packages

Great place for kids, young, teenagers and adolescents, even adults have a great time here. So much to do and we always use up energy! Never let down everytine we go
