My grandson had a good time 17.50 for one hour was good value considering there was almost one employee watching each section. That makes it totally worth it I do hope you can get an air-conditioning service as your vents are pretty clogged. Thats my only negative from our experience
Our kids have enjoyed all their visits to Flip Out over the years but they have especially loved being in the Ninja's program over the last two years. They've had the same teacher through their whole Ninja's journey, Ashton. He has been absolutely fantastic. He has gently encouraged the ones who needed a confidence boost and made every lesson fun and exciting. I've also been impressed with his ability to help resolve conflicts between the kids when they've come up. Seeing our kids grow in their confidence and ability has been awesome. The other staff here are generally all great and helpful and we hope to return for Ninja's next year with Ashton as their teacher!
We met up with some new friends and their young kids for a play date. We did an hour session and all the kids got all the energy out with all of the trampoline obstacles that they had to offer! There is lots of seating area for parents and I could see a few buirthdays unfolding at this place so it’s Very nice all rounded entertainment area for your energetic children!
What a gong show this place is. My husband was shouted at for not wearing socks within the arena - however when he questioned why other patrons were allowed to wear shoes instead of socks he was told that person is a staff member. However this skinny teenager guy with curly hair did not have a uniform on and was jumping on everything with crocs on. He then proceeded to go behind the counter and start cooking food and making coffees with other teenagers who were in kitchen area - again none of them appeared to be employees. By time we left the curly hair guy was now serving customers in a uniform. Not single adult employee on site. Only 1 female toilet available as rest were out of order and no locks. Used bandaids were on floor. Mats broken which is trip hazard. Front door broken - had to push it and was heavy. Hand sanitation pump broken. Bottle water $5!!!!! That’s basically illegal. No aircon so we sweated our guts out and my son nearly fainted. They make you buy THERE grip socks - clearly money making and don’t care about environment. Never going back. I’ll be calling QBCC.
Waste of time and money!! If I could give zero stars, I would! It started off with being forced to buy their socks, even though we already had proper grippy socks. No hot food available at all. The most disappointing part was how filthy the place was. Overpriced, with only two jumping zones open, toilets in a disgusting state, and lots of equipment out of service! Super unorganised with miscellaneous boxes of stock everywhere and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the young staff! Definitely won’t be returning!
