We had a very pleasant experience today at the Floor and Decor store at Delta Shores, Sacramento location. The store manager Tyler and Wendy were great to work with. They were very courteous and patient. They answered all our questions and gave us a great price for luxury vinyl flooring. Overall excellent customer service!! Highly recommended store! *****

Floor & Decor was very helpful with our recent project of installing hardwood flooring in our home. Unfortunately, the batch of wood we initially purchased was defective, but Floor & Decor was very helpful in finding good product and exchanging it for the defective batch without issue. We absolutely love our finished product!! We subsequently returned to the store to buy a few extra boxes in case if needed in the future and the managers were kind enough to open the boxes, make sure the wood was of high quality, and gave us the two boxes free of charge for our prior troubles! Will be returning for our next big project.

I cannot express enough praise for Enrique (Senior Advisor). He has been immensely helpful through every step of the design process. He truly listens and makes your vision come to life (even though we came in with very little idea of what we wanted). He is so personable and calm and goes above and beyond. We are so lucky to get to work with him!

Marcie helped us buy hardwood flooring for our house and was so nice and helpful! We’ve been to all the locations in Sacramento and the location on Delta Shores has the best staff. They also do price match as advertised and I really appreciate that. The new hickory hardwood floors look amazing.

I really appreciate their excellent customer service. I bought a kitchen faucet from them, and later noticed that the hose leaked occasionally. After I called and sent them a video, they promptly provided me with an entire new faucet as a replacement—no hassle at all. They were very polite and professional throughout the process.”
