We are 1st time home builders with no knowledge of selecting flooring and tile. MARQUIS M helped us with an incredible amount of patience and explanation. He got us print outs of certain flooring and quotes to help us prepare for the next couple of months. He listened to our preferences and shared options that helped us see the higher and lower end of our budget. Thank you Marquis for your generosity and direction on our 1st time shopping trip. We could have been easily frustrated by not knowing what to do or how to look at things. You made things easier and not so overwhelming!

My first tome shopping at a Floor & Decor, and all I'm asking is "why did I wait so long?" Decided to replace floor tiles in our bathrooms and went looking to buy. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly cashier welcoming us. Made our way to the floor tile section and was a bit overwhelmed by all the selection; so many choices, but we had our eyes on a certain look. Found a few possible selections and wasn't completely sure, so we stopped Prescilla (who was repricing product) to see if she'd give us an objective opinion...she was great! Very helpful! Helped us pull other coordinating tiles as options. A designer, Cyerria, was bacl from lunch and helped us for the rest of process. I tell you what, if every person who works in retail had her knowledge, patience, helpfulness, and kindness, I'd never buy another thing online and would shop in physical stores more often. Since we're not pro tigers, Cyerria helped us locate and purchase all the tools and materials we'd need for the job. Patiently explaining why some products would work better with our tile selections ane others wouldn't. Not only does she have excellent design skills and taste, she's very thoughtful about the process and sincerely wants to help you do a good job and come out with a great looking floor. I highly recommend this store and their staff, especially Priscilla and Cyerria...they made what was a bit stressful something educational and enjoyable! We'll definitely be back for all of our Home improvement needs where they sell the products and services. Thanks again and we wish all a very happy 2026!
Had exactly what I needed! I went to three places looking for a specific tile for my front landing. They were the only one who had it. The service was friendly and the Manager of the tile department took one look at my tile and knew exactly where to get it. Great job! Now my patios fixed!
Very helpful. First time we went in met a young lady named Jocelyn, very nice and knowledgeable. Helped us go around and look at different t products and make recommendations. I still had not made up my mind for our bathroom remodel. So went back again and met with a designer named Kirsten. She listened understood what I was envisioning and we made a plan. A few weeks later we went back and picked up our tiles and flooring and ta-da…. Looks amazing!!! Love love it! I love showing people the renovation
