These past few days I've been buying materials at Floor and Decor, and at this particular store, I've been very impressed with the customer service. They are friendly, charismatic, patient, and have a great knowledge of the products, their uses, and their location. I will definitely be returning to this store. Love this store and their employees! Tanya was great! Normally when I go to a DYI store, I can’t find anyone to help me. But she gladly walked that entire floor twice, showing me products that were on sale and exactly what I wanted! I will ask for her personally from now on!
Tonya helped us today. She is amazing! This was my second time back in the store in two weeks. She helped my wife and I then, and even recognized me today from our last visit. Tonya stopped what she was doing to help me today. After helping me, Tonya was called to help another customer. She then came back and found me again to help me check out. Tonya helped me pick out the right colored floor transition piece. She closed the loop and asked if I needed anything else today. She walked with me to the register to help me get cashed out. Tonya is sweet, very friendly and helpful. She embodies a great customer experience! Thank you for all you do Tonya! Kudos!
I ordered tile online and it was ready the next day. Super easy to pick up - they have designated parking for pick up so you don’t even have to go through the whole store. The pickup process was smooth and very fast. The employees were friendly and several that passed by made sure I was taken care of. Very happy with the price as well - I price compared and they were cheaper than competitors.
