These guys are great. We found good good Shaw carpet in the back that still has pet friendly warranty and stain treatment on it! Also, warranty installation as well of 1 year! Next day installation and we are good to go. Ask for Daniel, you won't regret it!
We had a great experience with Floor and More, Daniel. He is honest and on time, explains everything, no hidden fees and walks through the whole process smoothly without any pressure on the customer. We did hardwood flooring and we were on rush. He completed the project sooner :) a big thank you. His contractor worked clean, he was on time and I absolutely recommend them. I should mention that everything in the store has price tag so you can walk in and choose what you want based on your budget. Despite other contractors that give you a bulk price from no-where, here everything is clear. Thank you Daniel. I was impressed by your work :)
I started working with Floor & More on a kitchen project. Can I say this company and my sales rep Daniel are both amazing. The material and prices are competitive and great quality. The craftsmanship and talent of the guys that do the install is unbelievable. They guys are detailed and precise with cutting material and the installation. I appreciated them being carefully not to leave a mess from the job....they even cleaned when they were done. My sales rep Daniel is extremely personable and patient. It appeared that my project was just as important to him as it was to me. We completed the kitchen floors, backsplash and countertops. Once that was finished, I decided to give him the job of installing wood floors throughout the downstairs because no one could match their quote and the job was impressive. We are now in the process of adding porcelain to a TV wall and they will be adding tile to a guest bathroom on the wall and floor on our next planned project. I will work with this company and team on ALL future projects. My last testimony is the honesty I experienced with Daniel. I paid for a job to redo the stairs (which turned out FABULOUS might I add)...2 days later Daniel called and told me there was an error and I was overcharged by $500.00....now who does that these days!!!! I was very impressed with his integrity, moral compass and a conscience that works. This further made me know this is a great company to work with and I couldn't wait to spend it on the next project! Thank you Floor and More for making this process as pleasant as possible and for making my 24 year old home look like a new home.....I look forward to a continued working partnership on all future projects for me and people who ask me who did my work!!!🙏🏽
Large selection, excellent price and service! Daniel was very easy to work with. Big job with tile removal and floating the floor on approx 2000sf’ before installing floors. The crew that did the installation was courteous, prompt, hard working and fast. Love our SPC flooring and will use them again when we put carpet in the bedrooms.
Great selection and prices. Very helpful. We decided to use the Dallas store to replace upstairs and downstairs carpeting with hardwood flooring. In addition they replaced carpeting on multiple staircases with hardwood. Customer service was exemplary and they were genuinely focused on our satisfaction with the process and the final results! The transformation of our home was breathtaking! Great selection, prices, quality and customer service! We would highly recommend them for any flooring needs!
