I have purchased from here before and have been quite pleased, so decided to task them with making a 30 inch ships wheel for my brother’s funeral. I initially spoke to a lady that seemed to understand what I needed. I agreed to go and pay in-store at the end of the week, on Friday, funeral being on the following Tuesday. On going into the shop and asking to see what I was paying for, a different lady couldn’t show me what had been made yet, so instead pulled an impressive picture from the internet, we agreed on the colours and she advised how it would look etc, money paid £198. Very disappointed to receive this very substandard spray painted Effort, which didn’t resemble what we agreed on. It couldn’t be used as we were embarrassed. When ringing them and explaining that this is not what we ordered all they could repeatedly say is “Oh really” no resolution, so I wouldn’t recommend, and I am so glad all the other tribute flowers were ordered elsewhere. No resolution offered whatsoever.

The Flower Centre did both mine and my sisters wedding flowers over 25 years ago. As their reviews were consistently good, we chose them to make the arrangements for a very dear family member's funeral. We knew exactly what we wanted and provided them with the details and also info about what we didn't want. We asked if they were able to include double lollies in the coffin spray and they did manage to source some, they were stunning. The ladies were extremely helpful and we were able to go to take some pictures of the flowers in their workshop on the afternoon before the funeral. We would not hesitate in recommending.

I ordered some flowers online for Valentine’s Day with the intention of surprising my partner at work by having them on here desk before she got into work. Unfortunately the flowers I ordered online was frankly diabolical! After calling around countless florists I had no joy getting hold of any red roses never lone 24 which I was after and in the short time frame I needed them. My last ditch attempt was this amazing company who not only had the red roses and was well prepared for such a special day for most people with plenty of red roses they also seemed to understand my situation and after agreeing a price which was higher than I expected (I had never purchased 24 red roses or any flower/flowers for that matter from a florist before only once online and didn’t know how much they actually cost, but the price was reasonable if not better compared to other florists) they had them ready to go within 30 minutes and wow!!! What an absolute amazing bouquet they put together for me! Honestly I never seen such beautiful fresh quality roses in my life, I could see that my money was well spent! The ladies helped me out so much I couldn’t thank them enough. I managed to deliver my valentines surprise to my partner who was absolutely over the moon with the flowers. For that I’m extremely grateful! The Teddy bear, chocolates and card in the photo was from the online company not the Flower Centre Birmingham company. Only the flowers :). I will see you next year. If you are looking for a bespoke bouquet of flowers this is the place to go to. Just had these gorgeous flowers delivered to me as a surprise for my birthday and wedding anniversary. The flowers are absolutely beautiful, vibrant in colour and so fresh in great condition. The combination of colours and the selection of different flowers is outstanding. When I opened the door I was greeted by a lovely smiling lady with the most amazing bouquet I have ever had. I just can't stop looking at them. Thank you.
