Absolutely adore Flowers Across Brisbane. They have such beautiful items to choose from, fantastic quality and their delivery was so quick and easy! My mum is in hospital recovering from an operation and I live on the Northside, work and have 3 children so couldn’t be down there but still wanted to show her our love and she was in awe of her surprise ❤️ 10/10 recommend!

I am writing this review as someone who purchased a preserved posy bouquet delivery to another individual. The customer service and support with the order I received was amazing and well communicated. I appreciated the responsiveness and willingness to help in my requests even at short notice over email and phone. They were very helpful and showed care in providing the best delivery experience understanding it was for a special occasion. I received a timely live time update on my delivery and received photos before the flowers were leaving the warehouse and when arrived at the delivery location. The flowers looked stunning in the photos I was sent and I knew I was in good hands. Also worth mentioning is upon close look, the attention to detail - I could see how much craft, care and thought went not only into the creation of the beautiful preserved flowers, but the design and presentation as well. The gift box packaging, message card and everything in between were so intricately assembled. It all tied together to make the most beautiful symbolically special token for someone’s special occasion. It almost looked like an art piece. Overall the preserved posy bouquet exceeded any expectations in terms of its presentation, craft and beauty. The store was amazing in helping to deliver what is such a beautiful and special product. More than what it physically was, I loved what it represents and the way it can make one feel special. Thank you! 🤎

I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful plant for Christmas for my stepmother, I live in Western Australia so had to buy online. What was sent to her was far from florist quality and on emailing the owners after it was delivered was told yes it does look a little withered, put it in some water to soak and you can cut the dead bits off. This plant should never have been sent. I was very disappointed as it was a Christmas present. I was offered a $15 credit towards next order, I will not be ordering again, the damage has been done and Christmas surprise ruined. Tried to contact again multiple times but no answer. This is not a $44 plant and i shouldn't have to tell the recipient to cut the dead bits off

I used to use these guys for flowers often and they were always pretty good. Then the last lot i decided to spend a bit more for a birthday and they were terrible. Came with barely any flowers they all died within a day or so. There was more leafage in the bunch than actual flowers. I contacted support and they said the flowers had been damaged in transport and that i had the choice of a refund or new flowers. I opted for new flowers and then they ghosted me. I guess thats the last time i use that service and waste money.

Incredible. I have utilised FAB twice now, both for really important milestone celebrations with family members. I cannot recommend them highly enough - see below for last night’s bouquet, as well as one from a couple of months ago. Best company, great and fast communication, personalised, kind, talented and well priced. They do a fantastic job of representing the messages and feelings we want to convey to our loved ones! 20/10.
