I’ve used Flowers from the Garden for years, they always do a great job. But specifically, I recently ordered a bunch of flowers as a farewell gift and I was just blown away by the outcome. It was a GIANT beautiful bright bunch of flowers and I got asked 5+ times where I got them from!! I hope this business can continue to flourish and word spreads far and wide!
While the bouquet I ordered was absolutely beautiful and well put together, the customer service left a lot to be desired. From the start, the older lady working there was unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me—until I mentioned my budget, which suddenly got her attention. When I returned to pick up the order, her attitude hadn’t improved. She remained cold and disinterested, making the experience quite unpleasant. Thankfully, another staff member was friendly and helped balance things out a little. In the end, although the flowers were lovely, I wouldn’t choose to shop here again unless I was desperate or willing to be treated rudely. There are plenty of other florists who offer both beautiful arrangements and respectful service.
I picked up the most exquisite corsage and button hole today from this wonderful place. I’d only had it 5 minutes when it was stolen in the supermarket. Staff could not have been more sympathetic and helpful, rallying round to have another one ready in time for my son’s formal this evening. Thank you Flowers by the Garden.

Absolutely stunning orchids from Flowers From The Garden. A wonderful welcome gift for the opening of my new store in the city. The quality of flowers from this florist is second to none. Always beautiful and long lasting. This is the only place to go to, and discuss all your floral needs. I always recommend these guys when ever any ones is asking about the best florist in Canberra. Can not recommended highly enough.
